Set Up Staff Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Arrival Time:
Arrive at 7:15 AM during the first few weeks of KDO to train staff.
Regular arrival time will be 7:30 AM once staff are trained and routines are established.Room Layout Diagrams:
Ensure room layout diagrams are ready for staff to reference.
(Admin creates the diagrams; the Crew Leader ensures they are used and followed.)Assigning Duties:
Assign set-up duties to crew members—generally two rooms per person.Point of Contact for Absences:
If a staff member is unable to fulfill their duty, they should first contact another team member to arrange a swap.
If no replacement is found, they must contact you.
You may either assign a replacement or complete the task yourself and receive the discount credit.Staff Training:
Train set-up staff at the beginning of the year using the room layout diagrams to guide proper setup.
Ensure staff know where to locate extra items such as tables, chairs, monitors, etc.Pre-Session Walkthrough:
Conduct a walkthrough before each session to confirm all rooms are properly set up.
A master specification sheet will be provided to guide this process.Communicating Changes:
Clearly communicate and assign any changes in set-up as they arise.Quality Control:
If any set-up is incomplete or incorrect, notify the room attendant to ensure the issue is resolved.Assigning Discounts:
Assign discounts based on the satisfactory completion of duties.
If a room is consistently not set up correctly, reduce or withhold the discount.
If you complete the work yourself, you receive the discount.
Compensation
Receive a $25 per week discount for fulfilling all responsibilities.
