Cleaning Crew Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Assign Cleaning Duties: Assign staff to rooms—generally two rooms per person.
Point of Contact for Absences: If a staff member is unable to fulfill their assigned duty, they should first attempt to swap with another staff member. If they are unable to find a replacement, they must contact you. At that point, you may either assign a replacement or complete the duty yourself and take the credit.
Staff Training: Train staff at the beginning of the year. Use the room layout diagrams to demonstrate how each room should be reset.
End-of-Day Walkthrough: Perform a full walkthrough at the end of each session to ensure all duties have been properly completed.
Follow-Up on Incomplete Tasks: If any jobs are not completed to expectations, notify the room attendant and ensure the issue is resolved before leaving.
Assigning Credits:
Assign credits for duties completed satisfactorily.
If a room is consistently not done correctly, reduce or withhold credit.
If you (the supervisor) must complete the job, you receive the credit.Organization & Clean-Up:
Ensure all KDO items are returned neatly and orderly to their designated locations.
Ensure all church items are returned neatly and properly as found.Closing Responsibilities: Supervisors are expected to be among the last to leave the building, confirming everything is in order.
