Students will learn how to live a balanced life physically, spiritually, and mentally.

Description
In Health semester two, we will explore topics such as memory, sleep, social health/communication, mental health, and the effects they have on the brain and body. Substances such as alcohol, drugs, and tobacco use, and the damaging effects on the developing brain and body will be addressed. Resources will be provided to help encourage communication at home while these topics are being addressed. Students will also learn practical ways to apply what we learn in class to everyday life. This class is available to Bridge and High School students.
