Cake Art II
Gum Paste Flowers

Description
Learn the art of gum paste flowers. Use cutters and tools to shape individual petals and assemble them on wire to create a realistic-looking bouquet that will embellish any cake. Projects include daisy, carnation, peony, briar rose, calla lily, ivy, filler flowers and two different ways of making a rose. The final project will be a complete cake or display that the student will design, assemble, and bring on the last day for KDO students and staff to admire and vote for their favorite.
