1st Grade
Animals in God's Creation
We will become little scientists as we investigate all different types of animals.
Requirements
Children entering the 1st grade class must demonstrate the following IN ADDITION TO turning age 6 on or before September 30th of the current school year:
Follows rules and routines at home and in Kindergarten.
Sustains attention to a single task over a period of time.
Recognizes all the letters of the alphabet in order.
Identifies basic sight words.
Reads and writes his/her own name.
Can sound out or write familiar words·
Understands and follows simple directions.
Weekly Tuition
$30/week for the 1st child and $25/week for any children thereafter per family.
Activity Fee
The activity fee for 1st grade is $40.00. Your child's instructor will send a classroom welcome letter and will include information about the materials fee.

We will become little scientists as we investigate all different types of animals. We will learn about their habitats, life cycles, needs, and adaptations. Be sure to bring your curiosity and questions along for the extraordinary experiments and amazing adventures that lie ahead!
