Note - Registration opens at 9:00 a.m. & closes at 5:00 p.m. on the dates indicated. Registrations received outside these dates & times will not be processed.
Late fee applies for any registration received after 8/22

Donations are tax deductible. Please designate for a scholarship, equipment, or the general fund.
As per IRS law stated here:
http://www.irs.gov/charities/article/0,,id=139231,00.html, we will provide you with our 501(C)3 Nonprofit Corporation form, as well as our Yearly Financial Report for that same year. This information may be picked up in person 2 weeks after requesting it in writing or by email. If emailing, send your request to Bonnie at updates@kdoacademy.org.
