Please be sure to mark the student names on the check. Also, a cleaning fee of $35.00 per family may be included now or paid in September. You must send the monies or use Paypal on this site to fully register. This form does not hold your spot. Registration is complete when payment is received and the two forms mentioned below are submitted. Registration is also on a first come/first served policy and is strictly enforced!
